    Exercise.

    Exercising is great for your body:

    • It helps your heart work more effectively.
    • Helps your muscles grow and develop.
    • Helps you sleep better.
    • And even improves your mood!

     

    Exercise counts as any activity that makes you out of breath.

     

     

    Not everyone likes sports, but exercise could be anything: cycling, dancing or yoga, even a walk to school!

     

     

    We should all be exercising for 60 minutes every day, this means activity that increases your heart rate for around an hour.
